Terms and Conditions
The following terms & conditions are an agreement between Barra Mania, herein described as the “tour operator” and the person/s booking the tour, herein described as the “client”.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars & include GST.
A 10% deposit plus the estimated air fare is required at time of booking to secure your position on a fishing tour.
Full payments of fees are required 30 days prior to the scheduled start of your fishing trip.
Full payment not received by the due date may incur a cancellation of the reservation and the tour operator will reserve the right to assess the booking as cancelled.
Until full fee is received fees are subject to change without notice.
Should client numbers fall below the minimum required, the trip will be subject to recalculation of fee or cancellation.
The following fees will apply to a cancellation of a booking -
30 days or more prior to departure, deposit forfeited.
0 to 29 days prior to departure or a no show, full fee forfeited. Clients who are unable to participate in their booked trip due to accident, illness, or an extenuating personal or family situation are advised that Travel Insurance may cover them for loss of deposit & fees. In the
event that we are able to secure a new booking for the cancelled trip, then your deposit and any part payment will be credited to a fishing trip for the following season.
Fees do not include charges or costs for air fares, laundry, alcohol, optional tours, supply of items of a personal nature, loss or damage of personal equipment including fishing rods, reels, lures, cameras & clothing etc. Clients are strongly advised to take out Accident & Travel Insurance.
No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied are made that the tour, accommodation or meals will meet all our client’s expectations including but not exclusive to the weather, fishing conditions or productiveness.
